Transition:
Our Focus is YOU. Throughout the transition process we work with you to ensure you have the necessary tools and products at your fingertips to aid in your continued success. We allow you the flexibility to keep your own name and image when you transition to our firm.
The Transition Process:
1. Getting to Know Each Other
- Knowing who you are working with and developing a level of comfort and trust is the most important step to a solid foundation of any business relations. At Ridgeway & Conger we make this a priority. We encourage prospective representatives to visit our home office to meet our staff and see how we operate to gain this level of trust. We answer your questions in a timely fashion and give you the time you deserve to ensure you are comfortable working with us.
- We also provide web demo’s to show you our websites. These demo’s are arranged so you understand what the workstations will look like and show you the capabilities our platform has.
2. The Paperwork To Join
- When you decide Ridgeway is the right home for you, we will send you a packet containing a U4, Fingerprint cards, an Employment Questionnaire, and a Direct Deposit Form. Once you complete this and send it back to us we will contact you to set up a date to join Ridgeway. We do not register you with our firm until you provide us with a copy of your letter of resignation from your current BD.
3. The Transition
- We have a transition team that will be here to help you. Depending on your desire this team can be onsite with you for the first few days to get you acclimated to the new account forms and different websites, or available by phone when you need
- You are sent a Welcome Packet once you register with Ridgeway & Conger. This packet contains the contacts within the firm, names, e-mails, and phone numbers as well as the important websites and usernames you will need.
- We also provide you with a how-to guide. This is very helpful in the beginning to navigate through the websites and refresh your memory from training you have received in the past.
4. Follow-Up
- Once you join our family we always enjoy hearing more about what you love or what you feel you could use more of from us. Periodically you will receive an e-mail or phone call from the home office asking, “What can we do for you?”
- We send out bi-monthly newsletters and conduct monthly conference calls to inform you of products and services available.
